Araya Abyss Rims on Tensile Fixie Sealed Large Flanged Hubs
Introducing these sensational 'Fixie' wheels. The Abyss is a new rim from Araya. Ultra deep section alloy with an immaculate fully welded joint. We defy you to spot the join. A full 43mm in depth, this rim is bombproof. Designed to take a 700c tyre from 20 to 38 .
All hand built onto Tensile 'Fixie' Hubs. These large flange flip flop fixed/free hubs run on silky smooth industrial sealed bearings. Araya stainless steel plain gauge spokes with Araya alloy nipples completes the build and you also get a lock ring and choice of 16, 18 or 20 tooth fixed sprocket. Very light but ultra strong, stiff and smooth wheelset.

- Tensile Ultimate 'Fixie' Hubs in Large Flange with 32 hole spoking.
- Hub width is 100 mm front and 120 mm rear with bolt in axle fittings.
- Silky smooth industrial sealed bearing in both back and front hubs.
- Double Fixed design on hubs so you can use two different sized fixed sprockets
- Threads on both sides are 1.37 x 24 TPI but an additional L/H thread on each side + 2 lock rings.
- Includes Fixed Sprocket in 16, 18 or 20 teeth and the two L/H thread lock ring in 1.29 x 24 TPI.
